How to Make Your Own Custom Enamel Pins
Email PINPOINTBK@GMAIL.COM with all inquiries.
1. Digital File Format:
We’re here to help with all design aspects, vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) are preferred but hand-drawn or even an idea for inspiration will work!
We provide digital proofs with 48 hours of your pin- ready design.
2. Colors - Pantone Solid Coated:
Colors must be selected only from the Pantone Solid Coated Swatch Book. If color is not specified, we will match your design’s colors to the closest Pantone color in the digital proofing process. Gradients or shading will not translate into the final design. We also offer a large range of glitter finishes and glow in the dark option.
3. Design Requirements:
Every shape should have a line border in between the enamel colors. This line represents the the metal portion of the pin. The lines can vary in thickness but there can be no overlapping lines. In the manufacturing process enamel is poured in these small pockets that the metal borders create. Without the borders, the enamel cannot be separated into multiple colors.
All fonts (type) should be converted to outlines whenever possible.
Please measure your artwork both vertically and horizontally. If you are unsure of the size we are always happy to assist you in choosing the right size for the job.
4. Production:
100 Piece Minimum Qty:
The recommended minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Though we can accommodate smaller orders, please be advised that the per-piece pricing will increase significantly and a small order fee will apply for each design.
Competitive Pricing:
Pricing is based on factors such as size, design complexity, amount of colors, and plating options. Once all order details are known we are happy to provide you a quote based on your design.
2 Week Turn-around Time:
We typically ask for 2 weeks after proof approval for production. We are able to accommodate rushes with prior approval from us and production can take in as little of a week.
